The main objectives of the client's brief were to design a commercially viable development that would address the various site constraints, whilst capturing and celebrating the old-world charm of the town of Camden.

The result, a multi-dwelling housing development consisting of five Victorian terraced style dwellings which follow the natural slope of the site to reduce the developments overall bulk and scale.

Each dwelling is provided with a North facing private rear courtyard, open plan living and single lock up garage on the ground floor. The first floor of each dwelling contains a study nook, bathroom and three generous sizes bedrooms. Each bedroom contains access to a full width covered balcony taking advantage of the views over the surrounding Camden community and the Razorback ranges in the distance.
