This purpose built facility in the Central Hills Business Park was designed to enable Ausreo to efficiently cater for the rapidly developing surrounding commercial, industrial and residential catchment including Oran Park, Harrington Grove, Gregory Hills and Gledswood Hills.

The warehouse was designed to accommodate an overhead gantry crane, the project also includes a ground floor office and showroom.

The project was the first of many projects for Ausreo, following the success of this project PLANN STUDIO were then commissioned to design the Ausreo Technical Centre in Crows Nest NSW.
