One of the earlier projects to be developed in the Central Hills Business Park, which has now evolved into a thriving commercial hub and a key source of locally based employment for the rapidly developing surrounding residential catchment including Oran Park, Harrington Grove, Gregory Hills and Gledswood Hills.

The three unit development was designed to provide a sense of individuality to each unit, whilst contributing to the overall modern facades of the development.

The configuration and layout of the units were designed to suit the individual requirements of each of the three tenants being Good Year Autocare, Totally Workwear and Plus Fitness.
