The development is located within walking distance to Edmondson Park Train Station and Ed Square retail precinct.

PLANN STUDIO staff worked closely with the developer client and the project's Town Planners to design a three attached dwelling development and Torrens title subdivision on the 415m2 parcel of land.

Given the high density of the development, maintaining a high level of amenity and ensuring maximum privacy for future occupants was paramount. Living areas and bedroom were strategically positioned to ensure maximum privacy and amenity for future occupants.

This project is a great example of providing a range of housing stock for different lifestyles and levels of housing affordability in new subdivision areas.
