Located in an established industrial precinct, the building was designed to take advantage of its prominent corner position. Special consideration was required to address the significant existing fall in the site, the outcome was four industrial units two at the high level and two at the lower level.

Mezzanine offices project from the face of the pre-cast concrete walls and are clad in contrasting Alucobond colours, commanding the attention of passers-by, providing excellent exposure to each business occupying the site.
